I had the absolutely delightful pleasure of sitting down with Sangeetha Kandoi @KandoiSangeetha, a vision neuroscientist working in retinal organoids that I’ve had the pleasure of knowing for a while now. I’ve advocated for her in receiving postdoctoral funding from Bright Focus, @_BrightFocus and for AEVR’s Emerging Vision Scientist Program, so I was absolutely delighted when she got a postdoctoral position at Johns Hopkins, and I got to meet with her as part of my visit and discuss her science and life in the Baltimore area.

Look forward to seeing you again soon Sangs!
