My holiday greetings are to thank you to all of you who have helped to make this world better and safer over this past year. I am grateful to you, and love you all.
This, the 3rd Christmas of the pandemic means that things are still not back to normal. People are acting like things are normal, but they are not. People are still dying and the flu and RSV is filling hospitals to beyond carrying capacity. Still, things are normalizing, and fewer people are dying. We’ll see how things are handled in China now that they are opening back up, but it largely feels like people have just given up trying to plan for or control the pandemic. It is hugely disappointing.
Things feel less dystopian this year than in recent years, but that said… 2022 has been the most difficult year of my life, professionally and personally, but there have also been some phenomenal gifts that I am incredibly grateful for, that can and I hope will open up some additional doors in 2023. I’ll leave the end of year analysis for the New Year’s post in a few days, but daaaang. What a year.
That’s a great image !!
Stay strong – lets do lunch.
Thank you my friend! Yes, lets mos definitely get together soon. The next couple of months are insane for me with a March 5th major deadline, but let’s plan on a lunch or something before then. Yeah?
