This image, in addition to capturing the likeness of our lovely Alice, is a good exemplar for the benefits of in body image stabilization (IBIS) in cameras. At a capture time of 1/6, one might expect some blurring from handholding in the finest details of the hairs and whiskers on Alice. They are however, wonderfully sharp due to image stabilization. This is a game changer for all my older adapted lenses.
