I got a chance to visit with Michael Alvarado, a neuroscience graduate student in the lab of Scott Earley (@vesselman). Michael is studying the retinal vasculature and has some interesting ideas on how vascular signaling is regulated. We had a great, wide ranging talk about science, and neuronal interactions with the vasculature as well.
I am looking forward to seeing where Michael’s career takes him.
