I had the pleasure of finally meeting John Mendenhall from Kristen Harris’s lab while we were down at UT Austin, visiting for an NSF meeting. We’ve been working with John to scan some data from our scope and perform some parametric on the new transmission scanning electron microscope from Zeiss that they have. John has a wealth of knowledge on tissue preparation, histology, imaging, and ultrastructural analysis.
