Unfortunately, we are leaving ARVO a day early, so will be missing some of the circuitry stuff. However, while this has been a most demanding meeting, it has been tremendously productive and I am most happy to get home. The flight home is an early morning one and I hope that there will be no flight delays due to all the smoke in the air from the fires over Florida and Georgia. I don’t quite know what happened, but our non-stop Delta flight from Ft. Lauderdale to Salt Lake City was switched to a flight with a stop in Atlanta. I am a little irritated at this as we paid for non-stop flights to begin with and Delta has changed them without reimbursing our travel office.
Those issues aside, because the route was changed, our aircraft was changed and I am again stuck without power for my Powerbook on the flight across country meaning I am unable to work for the entire length of the flight. No matter I guess as it allows me to take photographs of the journey across country to share with you.
