I had the absolute delight of being hosted by Andrew F.X. Goldberg at Oakland University where we got to catch up about the science of retinal degeneration, broader issues related to science and society, and in general get to know one another a little better. We even got a chance to talk about taking our cars to the track in the short time we had to visit with one another. I am very much looking forward to continued interactions and collaborations.
