I only had a few hours in Helsinki before having to jump on a train and run off to the biological research station. Enough time to grab a bite to eat and get some sleep. I hate crazy fast trips like this as Helsinki is such a lovely place to visit. Last time, we had a full day in Helsinki, and I wish that were the case this time.

Ukrainian flags were on all of the city buildings. The only thing that Putin has done with this war on Ukraine is solidify other countries resolve to resist them. Getting both Finland and Sweden to join NATO was an obvious outcome of that conflict.
