Walking to work, I looked down and noticed this truly bizarre, tiny little mushroom growing out of some needles next to a pine tree… It kinda blew my mind as I had no idea what this might be.  “White mushroom with discrete yellow spots!  Whaaaaa?”  So I sent a photo of it to my brother in law who is a mycologist asking what it was, and he said: “Where is this?” “Is that real?”.  I said, “I have absolutely no idea what this is, thus my question to you.”.

Turns out, this is a ceramic fabrication that someone put in the ground next to a random pine tree. Don’t know why, but it certainly got my attention.
