Venus is so bright in the night sky, next to the moon. Seeing this juxtaposition gives me the feeling of timelessness. A feeling that I can look up into the sky and have that same sense of wonder that people had 100, 1000, or 10,000 years ago, observing a universe moving around us, wholly indifferent to our existence.
