It got cold. We had some snow, and it was 10 F at the house last night meaning this was the last of autumn for 2019. All the leaves have started dropping en masse and I did not get enough time outside this autumn. Too many deadlines and things due before the end of the year including two manuscripts from post-docs, two grants to submit, one grant to review, a class to teach, one NIH progress report, and a chapter that was due today, that is going to be probably a week late. On top of that, I have two talks to write before the end of the year and one big trip to make. <breathe in… breathe out…>
