Hiking In Capitol Reef National Park, Summer 2019

H and I got a day of hiking in on our trip down to Torrey, for the Entrada Institute function.  Utah really is like another planet in many ways, and having this kind of outdoor recreation available is so critical.  The ongoing assaults by the Trump administration on the environment, this environment in particular are hard to tolerate.

We need places where we can go and hear our own heartbeats.  Places that are quiet.  Places where you can still see the vast expanse of stars without light pollution.  Places where developers are not allowed to raze, build, and exploit.
