Travel schedules have been insane recently. I was in Stockholm to give a talk at The Karolinska and meet up to talk science and collaboration with a colleague there. However, I’m always tickled when I can meet up with friends in another part of the world. This time, upon getting off the plane in Stockholm, the first thing I did after checking into the hotel was meeting my friend Helena (@Helena_LB) on her home turf, to get together for dinner and conversation. Helena said: “Lets get Greek food!”, and my thoughts were “Greek food in Stockholm…”. My eyebrows were raised. However, Kouzina is the real deal. It was an amazingly delicious meal. Thanks for the dinner, walk and ice cream Helena! Look forward to our next meeting somewhere on planet Earth.
