My colleague Maureen Neitz is most famous for her work in the genetics of color vision came down to the Moran Eye Center to deliver a seminar on a more recent focus of her work, myopia.  We had a lovely visit and schemed about our collaborative efforts in connectomics, along with some ideas I have for resolving one of the biggest limitations of scanning electron microscopy… More on that later.
