Human Retina TQE

This image of human retina is from a patient, early in the process of retinal degeneration is derived from the dataset or image below for a paper that we published some time ago that got the cover of Journal of Comparative Neurology.  The image is three separate antibodies generated against taurine, glutamine and glutamate assigned to red, green and blue color channels respectively.  Data like these form the basis for computational molecular phenotyping which we use to completely parse the retina into classes of neurons enabling us to identify and map circuitry.
