FOLDER NAMING RULES (see complete rules for details)
- All folders are kept in the folder image_archive
- All folder names are 5 numerics (slide number) + date (yymmdd): NNNNN_yymmdd
- Folder 03665_040422 = all images from slide 3665 taken 22 April 2004
- You may duplicate files into personal folders (e.g. RM or WillieNelson)
FILE NAMING RULES (see complete rules for details)
- Filename = NNNNN_iii_r###_s##_t##_ppp_mmm.tif
- NNNNN = 5 numerics slide number (example: 03665)
- iii = your initals (example: rem)
- r### = resolution in nm/pix (example r365, see IMAGE CAPTURE SCALES)
- s## = spot number (example: s01 through s12 for HTC slides)
- t## = set number (example: t03 is the third non-montage region captured)
- ppp = alphabetic probe code (example: yy GABA; use zz if the code is not on the list, request a code)
- mmm = alphabetic montage code (example: c = third montage element in a series)
