Caterpillar Spent the morning in the yard preparing everything so that I can leave tomorrow for Los Angeles. While weeding, H calls me over to photograph a little caterpillar that had been crawling through the mint. I don't know the species or if they are beneficial or not to the yard. ![]() Its been a cooler and wetter than normal spring, heading into summer and the yard is awash in beautiful flowers, plants, opportunistic insects and of course birds complete with a nesting pair Western scrub jays. If I get lucky, perhaps there will be some pictures of them before spring turns to summer. Posted: Sat - May 31, 2008 at 04:25 PM |
