Santa Barbara, California Not more than a day after getting back from China, I headed off to Santa Barbara to do some consulting for Mayachitra, an imaging company doing biomedical, remote sensing and defense related work. Jiyun Byun (congratulations on the marriage) picked me up and we crammed in quite a bit of work with the rest of the Mayachitra crewinto the rest of the day. ![]() ![]() ![]() Dinner was had with Manjunath and Shiv out at Carlitos who do a respectable chimichanga. It was then off to bed and an early morning flight out of Santa Barbara back to Salt Lake City to spend some much earned time with my wife, H. The introductory photograph was sunrise at 30,000 feet, just as the suns started moving down into the atmosphere, making for a very Rothko feeling image. ![]() Posted: Sun - September 28, 2008 at 11:41 AM |
