SJC to SLC





As we flew East from San Jose to Salt Lake City, we saw Half Dome, flew at the edge of the Utah Test and Training Range, over terrain familiar and unfamiliar, saw newly paved airstrips in the middle of restricted airspace, flew over Wendover, Utah, the Kennecott Copper smelter and evaporation ponds at the edge of the Great Salt Lake.
