Perigee Moon This was last nights perigee moon taken from Heber, Utah. We were up for a party when I happened to look out the window and see this beautiful moon coming up over the mountains. This was not quite as close as the full moon I shot back on December 16th and I did not have the spotting scope with me, but this shot of the moon gives a context to the moonrise on a beautiful night.
