Happy Birthday Mindy





Our good friend Mindy gave us another opportunity to get back together with friends to celebrate her birthday on Saturday. Liz offered to host the party and made a wonderful spinach lasagna, while Mike brought some tasty wines and we brought another delight from Carlucci's bakery, this time a fruit torte with the freshest, tastiest fruit and a proper crust. The last time I wrote about Carlucci's was about their chocolate cake and I have to say, they continue to impress. Unfortunately Michal and David could not make it. We missed you guys.
