My friend Michele Banks (@artologica) was exhibiting at the Society for Neuroscience (@SfNtweets) meeting in Washington D.C. a couple weeks ago.  Michele is an artist, painter and collage artist.  Her work is inspired by science and has been featured in The Scientist, Scientific American, BoingBoing, and Wired, among others, and we’ve even collaborated before on an art installation for Art Access.

Be sure to check out her Etsy Shop here for some very cool fabrics, and art with a decided science theme to it.  It’s gorgeous and unique work and I have some of it hanging in my home.
