My friend and colleague Mingliang Pu came by the Moran Eye Center from Beijing to visit prior to our big annual vision research conference, ARVO this year. Ming did early work here at the Moran Eye Center before ending up at Peking University where he is currently interested in setting up a connectomics research effort. We’ll be assisting them in getting their operation up and running which is going to be an adventure.
