I ran into my friend and colleague Katherine Zukor at a festschrift for Thomas Parks. Katherine is a graduate of the University of Utah Neuroscience program and is now a professor up at Utah State University studying spinal cord injury and neuronal/axonal regeneration, an area of study important to recovery of function and visual loss.
