The holiday break has been lovely. A moments respite in-between insanely busy schedules and an opportunity to spend some time with H and Poppy who as you can see below, *loved* her Christmas presents. The image composite above was made by on our walks through the neighborhood while completely defocusing the camera lens (a full frame camera with an f/1 aperture helps make for big, smooth circles of light) as far out as it will go and making photos of lights.
