Ethan is a colleague at the Moran Eye Center who manages the parking garage. He is a fellow gearhead and Studebaker owner that I’ll bet would love Diego’s Unabashed Gearhead Gnarlyness.
Ethan, thanks dude.
Nice picture of Ethan. He looks very relaxed instead of posed.
The Studebaker reference brings back old memories of my time in the Philippines at Clark Air Force Base. I bought a well used Studebaker lark convertible from one of the airmen who was returning to the states. It wasn’t very reliable but it got me around the base. I had the body painted blue with a red accent stripe and had a white top put on by the locals. It was probably the most recognized car on base at that time.
This is a great portrait. I like the aspect of him looking out from where he is seated. I agree the whole image feels very natural and matter of fact. Very cool.
Thanks Erik! Good to hear from you. We should get together sometime soon for a little photo stroll.
