We (MJ Seiler, myself, RB Aramant, PB Yang, HS Keristead and Robert E. Marc) just published another paper on computational molecular phenotyping in the European Journal of Neuroscience of retinal sheet transplants where we show remodeling events taking place underneath the transplant region and rewiring of those transplants and the host retina. These data showed that horizontal cells and both glycinergic and GABAergic amacrine cells are involved in novel circuit formation between transplant and host.
B, what do the green fluorescent cells represent? Are they transplanted cells that have incorporated? Can you provide a legend?
Ah, You’ll have to see the paper. Sending you the legend now.
