Our good friend Mindy gave us another opportunity to get back together with friends to celebrate her birthday on Saturday. Liz offered to host the party and made a wonderful spinach lasagna, while Mike brought some tasty wines and we brought another delight from Carlucci’s bakery, this time a fruit torte with the freshest, tastiest fruit and a proper crust. The last time I wrote about Carlucci’s was about their chocolate cake and I have to say, they continue to impress. Unfortunately Michal and David could not make it. We missed you guys.
